Shallock Grapefruit Liqueur
A little history lesson for you, but we promise to keep it brief. You see, in 18th century Barbados, legend told of a natural cross-pollination that occurred between two favourable fruits; the shallock and sweet orange. A lush 1.3-kilometer jungle valley know as Welchman Hall Gully provided the perfect atmosphere and ‘The Forbidden Fruit’ was born. Today that fruit is known as the grapefruit and it plays the leading role in our Shallock Liqueur. Uniquely floral and deliciously citrusy, quite simply, Shallock Liqueur is paradise in a bottle.
